Massage Therapy Policies
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, paperwork (if applicable), and to begin your session relaxed and on time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
-
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
-
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment before booking future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment. Your full appointment fee will still apply.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged. We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.
Health & Medical Information
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or other health concerns prior to your session. Accurate health information helps ensure your massage is safe and tailored to your individual needs.
Illness Policy
If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness—including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, or a contagious skin condition—we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps protect the health of both clients and staff.
Professional Boundaries
Massage therapy provided by our practice is strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or requests of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and may result in refusal of future services.
Client Comfort
Your comfort and privacy are our priority. You will always be properly draped during your massage, with only the area being treated exposed. If you experience any discomfort regarding pressure, temperature, positioning, or technique, please communicate with your therapist at any time during your session.
Cell Phone Policy
To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all mobile phones be silenced before your appointment. Please limit phone use during your session unless necessary.
Personal Belongings
Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Expiration dates and applicable terms will be noted at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Massage therapy services are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you have concerns about your experience, please let us know within 24 hours so we can work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, exhibits abusive or inappropriate behavior, provides false health information, or if massage therapy is determined to be unsafe or contraindicated.
Privacy Policy
All personal and health information shared during your visit is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards.
Liability
Massage therapy is intended to promote relaxation and support overall wellness but is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or conditions.
