Cancellation Policy

Card on file required to book. No upfront payment required. Reschedule: • Reschedule is allowed with 3+ hours notice at no charge. • One free reschedule per appointment. Additional changes may be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellation: • Cancel with 3+ hours notice (no new date scheduled): $20 fee. Late / No-show: • 5-minute grace period. • If running late, message within 10 minutes of the start time to keep the appointment. • After 15 minutes with no contact, the card on file is charged 100% of the service price.
